Universal Requirements
1. Have dependable and reliable transportation to and from work daily.
2. Be clean-cut and demonstrate proper hygiene.
3. Be able to pass a drug test if requested.
4. Able to work 4 - 8 hours daily as required.
5. Have experience in housekeeping and/or grounds maintenance, or landscaping.
6. Availability must be Monday - Friday.
7. Minimum, 1 year of experience in residential cleaning and/or operating mowers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers. Additional knowledge of landscaping equipment is a plus.
8. Ability to listen and take direction from supervisors and complete tasks in a proper and timely fashion.
9. Must be committed to the job.
10. Must have references in Housekeeping, Grounds Maintenance, or Landscaping. *Irrigation experience is a plus.
11. You MUST arrive to work ON TIME, and READY TO WORK.
